The UBP054 is Ironman’s premium underbody protection kit made to guard the engine bay, transmission, radiator and critical underbody components from off-road damage. It is built for Ford Ranger PX, BT-50 and related platforms. 

Fabricated from 4 mm steel, it offers significantly higher impact and penetration resistance compared to standard pressed steel guards.  An integrated internal framework helps distribute strike force into load-bearing parts of the chassis, reducing deformation in vulnerable zones. 

Mounting hardware is fully recessed, which protects bolts and eliminates catch points. Service and inspection holes are included so maintenance and access are simpler without having to remove the full guard. 

The finish features a textured black powder coat over an EDP base for strong corrosion resistance.
