Manufactured from 4 mm fabricated steel, UBP051 delivers significantly greater resistance to impact and penetration compared to factory-pressed plates. Its integrated framework helps distribute impact forces into load-bearing elements of the chassis to reduce deformation.

Mounting hardware is fully recessed to eliminate catch points and protect bolts from damage. Access and service holes are built into the design so routine maintenance can be done without removing the plates completely.

The surface is finished with an EDP base coat and a textured black powder coat, giving strong corrosion resistance even after repeated impacts.
