Built from 4 mm fabricated steel, UBP047 offers far greater impact and penetration resistance than stock pressed plates.  Its integrated internal framework helps distribute strike forces into stronger parts of the chassis, reducing plate deformation. 

All mounting hardware is recessed to reduce catch points and protect bolts from damage.  Large service / inspection holes are included so you can access drains and components without removing the entire guard. 

The protective surface is finished with a textured black powder coat over an EDP base layer, giving strong anti-corrosion resistance.
